Debbie Swaiko comes to Select with the same enthusiasm and dedication to helping others that she had in her career in social work. She has quickly become a specialist in the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd area, and her knowledge of the Dunbar community is a great asset. Her deep understanding of affordable housing issues is a tremendous benefit. She currently is responsible for approximately $5 million in residential listings and is the project originator of multiple affordable housing projects currently in progress with Select Real Estate.

Swaiko graduated with her Masters from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and has enjoyed living in Fort Myers for 30 years. She has invested in real estate in the area over the years, and brings her experience and commitment to wise investing to her work with Select.

Swaiko and her husband John love the outdoors, and can often be seen on the tennis court, taking a ride on their motorcycle, or on the river on their jet skis. They are very proud of their daughter, Chelsey, a hard working pre-med student at the University of Miami.
