Select Real Estate by Stephanie Miller, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Delia Everett to their team as a Development Project Administrator and Property Manager. Delia plays a very important role as the liaison for Select’s principals with their investors, attorneys and project teams. As Project Administrator she tracks zoning and development order processes as well as agricultural uses. Her previous 20+ years experience in administrative roles includes her prior position as Assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Source Interlink which facilitated her move to Southwest Florida.
