Greg Toth is responsible for overseeing entitlement efforts for properties for Select Real Estate’s clients and investors.  These services include:  environmental permits, access and roadway issues, zoning, development and construction.  He handles final negotiations on assemblage acquisitions having combined up to 13 properties in the Estero area for single ownership.

As a member of the Estero Community Planning Panel, he focuses on development interests.  In addition, he represents developers in the purchase and sale of properties.  He is experienced in residential and commercial ownership, sale and resale.  He also invests personally with key clients in the purchase of real estate.

Toth was instrumental in the DRI Planning process for the Coconut Point Simon Mall and The Oakbrook DRI including: roadway easements, securing agreements and access points with several property owners to create the Sandy Lane extension as an arterial road to the mall.

With a sincere philanthropic concern for quality development, Toth is involved in all government legislative regulatory aspects of real estate.  He is a member of the Estero Chamber of Commerce.

Toth has been a resident of Naples, Florida since 1979.  In addition to having a real estate license for the last 20 years, he owned and operated Gulf Coast Cleaning & Painting in Naples.  An ideal break from business is a day on the golf course or fishing the back bay waters of Southwest Florida.
