Gwen Messersmith
 
Director- Select Asset Management

Gwen is the Director of Select Asset Management, a division of Select Real Estate by Stephanie Miller that was established with the express goal of maintaining and appreciating the value of our clients' investments.  The company provides financial management, financial reporting, as well as maintenance for its investors.

In this capacity, Gwen handles all commercial real estate trust accounts.  She acts as a trust liaison, executes account reconciliation, completes financial projections, audits historical account data, and provides cost analysis.

In addition she facilitates the tracking of communication and coordination of the many properties in the entitlement and construction process under her supervision.  She has 8+ years of experience in the construction industry working with a General Contractor as the Office Manager and Contract Administrator.  Gwen and Select began their working relationship in 1990.  Her previous experience with Select includes the complete management of the executive suite business involving tenant lease negotiation, property management, collections, financial disbursement and reporting. 

Gwen moved to Florida from Indiana.  She has two children, a daughter and son, in college.
