Bruce has been in Real Estate and a Broker for over 25 years with a wealth of knowledge in the SW Florida area. He has worked for small firms as well as large National franchises. He finds Real Estate near and dear to his heart. Select Real Estate is green and growing fast! Bruce's knowledge and expertise have contributed greatly to lead the way.
Bruce belongs to the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Inc. His positions he holds there include the following:

  • Board of Managers Member (MLS)
  • Board of Managers Chairperson (MLS)
  • MLS Committee Member

He is also associated with the Naples Board of Realtors and is a member of the Greater Ft. Myers and the Beach Inc.


Bruce likes noise and speed; fast cars and fast boats! One of his favorite hobbies is racquetball He has a son Scott, a daughter-in-law Kimberly, and four grandchildren.

Karen has joined our Select Real Estate Family in 2010. She and her family relocated to Southwest Florida in 2008. She brings her background in Administration, Consulting, Human Resource, and Supervision from McDonald's Corporation after working for the company in multiple fields in Ohio for 17 years.
She is an important asset to maintaining office structure and keeping our team organized and focused as well as welcoming our many guests and clients.

Jack entered Real Estate in 1998 as an "On Site Sales" person for US Homes. He sold homes in the Stoneybrook Golf Community in Estero, Fl. Jack's next stop was with WCI, the largest Waterfront and Golf Course developer in the State of Florida. He sold at Pelican Sound, and Pelican Preserve in Fort Myers. In 2005 Jack made the transition from Development Sales to General Real Estate moving to Prudential Florida WCI Real Estate. In 2008 Jack moved to another National Franchise in Keller Williams Elite Realty. We are very lucky to have Jack come with us in 2010. We value his experience and good standing in our community. Jack and his wife Carolyn live locally within the Highland Woods Community where Jack enjoys a round of golf upon occasion.

Judi Bradsky

Judi began selling real estate in 1986 in Evanston, Illinois. After obtaining her brokers license she enjoyed being active with the North Shore Board of Realtors and taught financing. She then went on to successfully own her own appraisal company for seven years after earning her certified residential appraiser license. Wanting to "get back to the customers" she began in Wisconsin and took a position for a small new construction firm as the sales manager. Now a Florida sales associate she uses her varied experiences to assist both sellers and buyers to understand this unique market.

Marilyn grew up in southern Indiana and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Forensic Studies and Sociology from Indiana University. She lived in Chicago and McLean, VA where she pursued a Career in Counseling. In 1993 Marilyn received a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland and began a career in Marketing Consulting and Management.
Following an assignment with Esso Virgin Islands in St. Thomas, USVI, Marilyn decided to make Naples her permanent home.
Marilyn has been a Realtor in SW Florida since 2001. She is experienced in both Naples and Bonita Springs/Estero residential markets. After working in the retail field for over 15 years I moved to Fort Myers from Pennsylvania 1989, where I began my career in real estate. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1993. Prior to that I was a nurse manager for an Emergency Dept in Tacoma, WA for 15 yrs while watching our 3 children grow up. I decided on real estate because of two reasons. The first was my husband had owned and co-managed a real estate company in WA State and I had a great support team in place to help me get started in the business.
The second reason is I chose real estate is I genuinely enjoy people and I found helping them in their real estate transactions created a win-win for both them and myself. I moved to FL in 2003 and felt as though I had begun a whole new career, even though it was still real estate!
