Bob Muller has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Florida since 1989 and with continued experience and education became a Real Estate Broker in 1998. Bob has vast experience in many areas of real estate, including new home development sales, general real estate services and commercial real estate, working with both Buyers and Sellers. He has held the position of Director of Sales &Broker with one of Florida's most awarded real estate developers. He has also been the Managing Broker of two general real estate offices. Bob has many successful years of experience and knowledge to help guide you through all of your real estate needs.

Office Manager
Karen has joined our Select Real Estate Family in 2010. She and her family relocated to Southwest Florida in 2008. She brings her background in Administration, Consulting, Human Resource, and Supervision from McDonald's Corporation after working for the company in multiple fields in Ohio for 17 years.
She is an important asset to maintaining office structure and keeping our team organized and focused as well as welcoming our many guests and clients.

Robert DiMaria brings nearly 40 years of commercial real estate experience, including a wide variety ranging from corporate leasing, tenant representative for national clients and sales for many developers. As an associate broker in both Michigan and Florida Bob has focused on bringing the opportunities here in Florida to his clientele in Michigan.

Stephanie Miller, Inc has been an active broker in Southwest Florida since 1980. Her expertise includes property acquisition, financing, zoning, development and resale. Stephanie currently manages over 15 partnership groups representing in excess of $75 million in investment capital. Ownership interests include commercial investment buildings and land.
"My focus is not just on a sale. I partner with investors and once a property is purchased my work continues, as we follow the property though the entire period of ownership through to profitable income and/or sale," says Miller, "Many of my investors never intend to sell their properties but instead create over time investment quality property ownership destined for future generations."
Miller has a commitment to professional and community involvement. She is a member of Commercial Investment Professionals, Florida Association of Realtors, Estero Historical Society, and the Real Estate Investment Society. In addition, she is a past president of the American Cancer Society of Lee County, a Headstart volunteer, and a Guardian Ad Litem for representing children in the court system.
