Judith Thompson

Commercial & Residential Sales Associate

Judith Thompson is a sales and leasing specialist for Select’s residential and commercial divisions.  From land acquisition, construction management to developer turnover, her attention to detail has resulted in satisfied home and condo owners over the last thirty years.

As a third generation builder/developer, Judith moved to Southwest Florida in 1971.  She was a founding member of Three Crafty Ladies, Inc., on Sanibel Island.  Judith, along with other dedicated islanders, established the prestigious Children Center of the Islands an educational preschool center.

Her proudest accomplishments are the successes of her two adult sons, Jeff and Justin.  Jeff is a marine contractor in the San Francisco Bay area, and Justin is a Real Estate attorney in Los Angeles. Judith has high hopes that one of her six grandchildren will continue in the family tradition of building, development and real estate.

Judith’s strengths include client relations, contract negotiations skills and building design and production, attention to detail, efficiency, customer focus, strategic thinking, problem solving, quality focus and professionalism  Her broad range of entrepreneurial, independent and corporate experiences, and warm and friendly demeanor are an asset to the dynamics of the Select Team.
