MaryAnn Spence

MaryAnn Spence is a sales and leasing specialist for Select’s commercial division. She truly focuses her energies on engaging in all aspects of deals from start to finish. 

A native of New York, MaryAnn spent 20 years in the investment management business before relocating to Fort Myers in 1994.  Upon moving to Fort Myers, she worked with Select Real Estate prior to staying home to raise her children.  MaryAnn later re-entered the market as a residential sales associate and finally re-joined Select Real Estate as a commercial sales associate in 2005.

MaryAnn continues to hone her skills by playing an integral role in the development of several projects in Stephanie Miller’s portfolio.  From working with clients on finding a perfect fit for their commercial needs to tackling development project tasks like working with architects, city officials and engineers, she has a keen sense of the real estate market.

MaryAnn works closely with clients to find them the perfect property.  Her ability to communicate effectively with both buyers and sellers makes any experience dealing with MaryAnn a successful venture.
