Mercedes Vasquez is a native of the Northeast, having been born in Washington D.C. and resided in Bogotá Colombia, Maryland and Virginia.

Before joining Select Real Estate by Stephanie Miller, Inc. Mercedes gained experience on the investor/ developer side of the business, with responsibility for the leasing and management of retail and office space. She also worked hand in hand with individual and corporate clients on their site selection and build-to-suit needs. She is also knowledgeable in the acquisition and development of retail centers and light industrial land.

Mercedes has traveled and worked in a variety of areas, giving her a knowledge and understanding of diverse markets.  She is highly motivated to succeed, making her a committed, hard working, loyal person.  Her membership in numerous professional organizations has given her the valuable resources, professional training and technical advancements to better serve her clients’ needs. Her memberships and designations include: CCIM Candidate; National Association of Realtors; Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc; Women’s Council of Realtors Local and National Member; International Council of Shopping Centers; National Notary Association; Fort Myers Junior League.

As her experience in Commercial Real estate increases, so does her dedication to her clients. Mercedes will go the extra mile to ensure a successful transaction. She specializes in commercial leasing and sales and site selection.

One of her biggest accomplishments is raising her 10 year old daughter, Emily.
