Rhonda moved to Fort Myers ten years ago to retire.  After a few days in the sun, this high-energy woman decided to embark on a new career-- Real Estate!  Not long after, she began investigating the retail and office lease market and developing some commercial investment ideas.  Rhonda got her feet wet and then moved on to bigger fish.  For instance, the construction and leasing of the Summerlin Retail and Eastgate Centers.  She also had the foresight to package over 5 and a half acres, a seldom used road, and a light to create a worthy commercial package, which she later sold.  Rhonda enjoys reading and crossword puzzles.  She admits to quilting but claims it is only out of love for her grandchildren!
