Robert "Bob" Minahan

Bob hails from Wisconsin where he received his degree in Business Administration and Accounting.  From banking, Bob moved into real estate as President and Owner of Minahan Commercial Realty, Inc., where he was successful in the development and sale of commercial and investment real estate. In 1978, he became regional manager of Wausau Homes, Inc. headquartered in Wausau, Wisconsin.

Seeking new opportunities, Bob relocated to Fort Myers, where he purchased Corinthian Cultured Marble, Inc., southwest Florida’s largest cultured marble manufacturing plant.  Bob has partnered in several successful projects in the Fort Myers area.  Currently, he is a partner with Stephanie Miller in properties on Cypress Lake Drive and Six Mile Cypress Parkway.  Bob offers his clients a valuable perspective from his experience in analyzing real estate and business opportunities.

Bob and his wife, Judy, are avid and proficient boaters who you will find cruising the waters of Southwest Florida, the eastern seaboard, the Great Lakes, or even the Caribbean.
